Run for the 2027 Board of Directors
The Farm at Morgan Lakes’ Annual Open Meeting is November 18, when the community elects the Board for 2027. Nominations are open now!!
If you are interested in serving, complete the candidate form by October 21: https://forms.gle/hmh8zFvMcRGowwnV7
The form asks about your background, the skills you would bring, which Board functions interest you, and what you can commit to. Position descriptions and an overview of how the Board is structured are posted at https://thefarmatmorganlakes.info/board-of-directors/ so you can see what each role involves before you start.
Every candidate answers the same questions, incumbents included. Responses will be published on October 30 so owners can read about each candidate before voting. Property address, phone number, and email address will not be published.
Key dates:
October 9. Nominations open. The candidate form and position descriptions are available on the community website.
October 21. All candidate forms are due. Incumbent Directors confirm whether they are seeking reelection by this same date. Anything received after October 21 will not be published, and candidates without a published profile will not be included in the materials sent to owners.
October 30. Candidate profiles are published on the community website and emailed to all owners, so you have nearly three weeks to read them before you vote. Profiles for sitting Directors also include what they worked on and accomplished over the past year.
